Two days dedicated to yoga and holistic disciplines in Caramagna Piemonte
The CaraYoga Festival is a well-established wellness event on the calendar of the Municipality of Caramagna Piemonte, a small town in the Province of Cuneo nestled in the plains of lower Piedmont. Born from the passion of the Rituale Yoga association, founded by Morena Demichelis and Simone Montalbano, the festival transforms the Municipal Sports Facilities on Via Carmagnola into a large, open-air workshop dedicated to yoga and holistic disciplines for an entire weekend.
The idea behind the event is simple and profound: to provide two days of mindfulness, joy, and body care in a relaxed and welcoming setting. Each edition offers an increasingly rich program, designed both for those who have been practicing yoga for years and for those approaching this discipline for the first time. The days run from 9 am to 6 pm, with a rejuvenating lunch break in the middle of the day.
The heart of the festival lies in the over fifteen activities that take place over the two days, led by teachers and wellness practitioners. Recurring offerings include:
Alongside the lessons, there is a holistic market with free entry, open to everyone, where you can find crafts, natural products, and items related to the world of wellness.
The CaraYoga Festival adopts a voluntary contribution model: a minimum donation grants access to all practices for the entire day, while the market remains free and open to anyone who simply wants to soak up the event's atmosphere. It is this accessibility, combined with the spirit of sharing, that has made the event a benchmark for yoga enthusiasts in the Cuneo area and throughout Piedmont.
Hosting a wellness festival in a village like Caramagna Piemonte means combining yoga practice with the tranquility of the Piedmontese countryside. The town, also known for its local products and ancient abbey, offers the ideal setting for a weekend break from the daily grind, focused on connecting with oneself and others.
The 2026 edition of the CaraYoga Festival was held on May 9 and 10, from 9 am to 6 pm, with a rejuvenating lunch break from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm. The program featured over 15 activities including yoga styles (Kundalini, Hatha, Ashtanga, Hatha Vinyasa, Vinyasa, and Yoga Detox) and sound experiences such as Gong Baths and meditations with crystal singing bowls. The free-entry holistic market was also confirmed.
Program spread over two days, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with a lunch break from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm. Over 15 activities on the calendar:
Municipal Sports Facilities, Via Carmagnola 5, 12030 Caramagna Piemonte (CN), Piedmont.
By car, Caramagna Piemonte can be reached via the provincial road between Carmagnola and Racconigi, a short distance from the motorway exits of the Turin and Cuneo areas. The most convenient train stations are Racconigi or Carmagnola, on the Turin-Cuneo/Savigliano line.
The event runs from 9 am to 6 pm, with a lunch break. Access to all practices requires a voluntary contribution starting from 15 euros, to be paid at the entrance. The holistic market is free.
We recommend bringing your own mat, comfortable clothing, and a water bottle. For spots in the most popular classes, booking via Eventbrite is preferred.
