The Altocasertano Buffalo Festival is the food and wine celebration that every summer honors the territory's iconic product: the buffalo. Held in Baia e Latina, a small town in the Province of Caserta, Campania, the event takes place in a corner of the Alto Casertano region crossed by the Volturno River, where buffalo farming has been part of the landscape for generations.
