Four nights of world-class jazz at the Arena Guido Sacerdote in Alba
The Alba Jazz Festival is one of the most anticipated summer musical events in the province of Cuneo. Organized by the Alba&Jazz cultural association under the artistic direction of Fabio Barbero, the festival brings the city of Alba, the capital of the Langhe in Piedmont, to life every July. For four nights, the evocative Arena Guido Sacerdote hosts concerts ranging from contemporary jazz to fusion, and from Latin jazz to world music, welcoming artists of both national and international acclaim.
A distinctive feature of the Alba Jazz Festival is its commitment to keeping ticket prices symbolic, ensuring that great music remains accessible to everyone. This philosophy, combined with a carefully curated and bold program, has helped the event build a loyal audience over the years and establish itself as a key jazz reference point in northwest Italy. The concerts, which begin in the evening under the stars, offer an intimate and cozy atmosphere, perfect for appreciating the nuances of every performance.
The festival is part of the rich cultural calendar of the Municipality of Alba, a Piedmontese city world-renowned for its White Truffle and the great wines of the Langhe, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Attending an Alba Jazz Festival concert is also an opportunity to discover a region with deep culinary and landscape roots, where music engages with the identity of one of Italy's most fascinating areas.
Each edition features an international line-up that alternates between great masters and new voices of the jazz scene. Between rhythm, improvisation, and virtuosity, the Alba Jazz Festival confirms its role as a bridge between diverse musical cultures, from American jazz to Latin, Indian, and Mediterranean influences.
The nineteenth edition of the Alba Jazz Festival takes place from July 9 to 12, 2026 at the Arena Guido Sacerdote in Alba, with concerts starting at 9:00 PM. The program alternates virtuosity, rhythm, and energy with four events dedicated to jazz, fusion, and Latin sounds.
Tickets are priced at approximately 10 euros per concert. For information and bookings, please visit the festival's official website.
