Organized by the Ente Mostra dell'Artigianato Artistico Abruzzese within the Palazzo dell'Artigianato on Via Roma 28, the event serves as the winter extension of the historic Summer Craft Exhibition, weaving together art, culture, and local flavors over three days.

The heart of the event is a sensory journey through the region's gastronomic excellence. The undisputed stars are the typical products of Guardiagrele and the Abruzzo hinterland: the famous torrone of Guardiagrele, prosciutto cotto, extra virgin olive oil, pecorino cheeses from the four Abruzzo provinces, legumes, Maiella honey, and native wines. Each edition features guided tastings, masterclasses led by food technologists, chefs, and producers, and themed dinners that highlight local biodiversity and culinary traditions.
