About Who Stole My Cheese?

"Who Stole My Cheese?" is the festival that brings the best of Umbrian and Italian cheese production to Todi. For three days, the historic center fills with tastings, direct sales, workshops, and show cooking, with the "Taste Village" in Piazza del Popolo and producers from Umbria, Calabria, Tuscany, Lazio, and Sardinia. Among the guests, the TV personality Giorgio Barchiesi, aka Giorgione, and guided pairings of wines and craft beers.

A journey into taste among excellent cheeses

Who Stole My Cheese? is a food and wine festival dedicated to cheese excellence that enlivens the historic center of Todi, in the province of Perugia, every spring. The event celebrates Umbrian and Italian cheese through tastings, direct sales, workshops, and meetings, transforming the city's squares into a large "Taste Village".

Producers, chefs, and workshops

The festival brings together small producers and dairies from various regions โ€” Umbria, Calabria, Tuscany, Lazio, and Sardinia โ€” offering the public the opportunity to discover and purchase artisanal cheeses. There are also show cooking events with chefs, guided tastings with wine and beer pairings (organized by ONAF experts), and cheese-making workshops. For children, there are "Slurp Kids" activities.

Guests and local culture

Among the protagonists is the famous Giorgio Barchiesi (Giorgione), a well-known face on television cooking shows. Alongside tastings, the festival offers guided tours of the historic center with cultural narration, intertwining the pleasure of food with the discovery of Todi's heritage. The event is organized by AboutUmbria and Academy Montecristo, with the support of the Municipality of Todi, the Umbria Chamber of Commerce, and ETAB.
