The Trisobbio National White Truffle Fair, also known by its local dialect name "Tarsobi, Tartufi & Vino", is one of the most anticipated food and wine events of the autumn in the Monferrato Ovadese. The heart of the fair is the stalls of the trifolai (truffle hunters), who display and sell the fruits of their labor at the foot of the castle walls. During the day, the awards ceremony for the best truffles on display takes place, a moment that draws enthusiasts and curious visitors alike.

A market of local products winds through the streets of the historic center, accompanied by food stands and refreshment points where you can savor traditional dishes, often reimagined with the truffle as the star ingredient.
