The boutique electronic music and nature festival in Pantelleria
The Island Fuze Tea Festival is one of the most original events on the Italian musical summer calendar. Set on the island of Pantelleria, in the municipality of the same name in the province of Trapani (Sicily), the festival follows a "boutique festival" format: a limited-capacity event where international electronic music engages with the volcanic landscape, the sea, and the island's traditions. It is not just a concert lineup, but an immersive experience that celebrates the identity of the Pantescan territory.
The heart of the festival is its musical programming, bringing some of the most iconic names in global clubbing and electronic music to the island. DJ sets and live performances take place at night, with SesiVenti serving as the event's headquarters—a venue that has defined Pantelleria's summer nightlife in recent years. Sound quality, attention to natural scenography, and a focus on hospitality are all part of The Island's identity.
Alongside the music, The Island Fuze Tea Festival offers dozens of side experiences designed to help visitors discover the island: guided excursions, trekking, kayaking among volcanic cliffs, dips in thermal waters, sunset yoga sessions, and tastings of typical Pantescan products, from Passito and Zibibbo to capers. The official travel pack combines music, accommodation, and experiential activities into a single package, with dedicated departures to the island.
The festival places particular emphasis on environmental sustainability: plastic-free practices, waste management, the preservation of UNESCO-recognized dry-stone walls, tree-planting initiatives, and low-impact mobility. The Island Fuze Tea Festival aims to combine high-level entertainment with respect and promotion for Pantelleria's fragile ecosystem, in collaboration with the local municipal administration and tourism operators.
From July 9 to 12, 2026, Pantelleria returns as the stage for The Island Fuze Tea Festival. The new edition confirms the boutique festival formula, with nighttime DJ sets hosted at SesiVenti and a rich program of daytime experiences involving the sea, nature, and wellness.
Opening the festival on Thursday, July 9, is Boss Doms, one of the most versatile DJs and producers on the Italian scene. Friday, July 10, features Sven Väth, a true legend of global techno. The closing set is entrusted to Mace, expected at SesiVenti to wrap up the edition.
In 2026, access to the festival remains through official travel packs: the base package starts at approximately 1,600 euros per person and includes flight, accommodation with breakfast at partner properties, car rental, entry to all evening events, and six experiences of your choice, such as boat excursions, scenic tours, tastings, trekking, and wellness moments.
The festival takes place on the island of Pantelleria (province of Trapani, Sicily), with the nighttime headquarters at SesiVenti and experiential activities distributed across the island.
Pantelleria can be reached by plane (Pantelleria Airport) with flights from Trapani, Palermo, and, during the festival period, dedicated connections from other airports, or by sea via ferries from Trapani. The official travel pack includes flight, accommodation, and car rental in certain options.
Access is primarily through official travel packs available for purchase online at theislandfestival.net and pantelleriaisland.it, which include entry to the evening events, accommodation, and selected experiences.
