This happens at Mari e Monti in Collina, the food and wine festival that brings to the table, in a single event, the excellences of the two geographical extremes of Friuli-Venezia Giulia: the Adriatic fish and the robust flavors of the high mountains.

The menu is a perfect synthesis of this embrace between sea and mountains: from the fish fritters that smell of the lagoon to the crispy frico of peasant tradition, from cjarsons – the typical Carnic ravioli with a sweet and sour filling – to other local specialties, all accompanied by the wines of the Colli Orientali del Friuli.
