The San Filippo Neri Festival is one of the most cherished summer events in Piasco, a town in the Province of Cuneo located at the entrance to the Varaita Valley, in Piedmont. The highlight is the dinner under the stars, a grand outdoor social gathering featuring traditional Piedmontese dishes: pork ribs, sausages, fries, and dessert, served at long communal tables. After dinner, the space comes alive with live music and continues with more DJ sets, in a festive atmosphere that lasts until late at night.
