The sausage comes from the local butcher and is served in many ways: grilled by the meter, in sandwiches with fresh bread from the village bakery, in pasta dishes, or accompanied by beans and fries. Three nights of celebration under the marquee

The event takes place in the Careggine service area, where a large 800-square-meter covered marquee is set up, ensuring the festival can go ahead regardless of rain or the cool mountain evening air. The nights come alive with live music and DJ sets that continue late into the night, while a fully equipped playground makes the festival perfect for families with children. Over the years, the event has gained popularity far beyond the borders of this small municipality.
