Handmade pasta from Umbrian tradition in Colonnetta di Fabro
In the hamlet of Colonnetta, in the municipality of Fabro (province of Terni), the Sagra delle Manfregole Fatte a Mano is one of the most anticipated gastronomic events of early summer. The stars are the manfregole, a typical Umbrian pasta made strictly by hand, served with traditional peasant sauces.
The event is organised by the Pro Loco of Fabro and takes place over several days in June. Every evening, starting from 7:30 PM, the food stalls open with manfregole and other Umbrian specialities, accompanied by entertainment from the region's dance orchestras.
Located on the border between Umbria and Tuscany, along the A1 motorway axis, Fabro is a gateway to an area rich in gastronomic traditions.
