Edition 2025 — Sagra delle Manfregole
The 2025 edition
In 2025, the Sagra delle Manfregole renewed its appointment in the locality of Colonnetta, a hamlet of Fabro, under the organisation of the Pro Loco. Every evening, the food stalls offered handmade manfregole and other specialities of Umbrian cuisine, in a festive atmosphere accompanied by dance orchestras.
For over twenty years, the event has confirmed the territory's connection with handmade pasta and the conviviality of summer festivals in southern Umbria. Specific dates for 2025 are not fully available from public sources.
