A night of talent in the heart of Rosta

Rosta's Got Talent has become a staple event that lights up the summer in Rosta, a small town in the Lower Susa Valley, within the Metropolitan City of Turin, Piedmont. The event takes place in Piazza della Stazione, the town's hub, turning the public square into a true open-air stage for the night. In case of bad weather, the event moves indoors to the Palawave on Via Ponata.

Who organizes it and why it's special

The event is conceived and managed by the Pro Loco of Rosta, with the patronage of the Municipality of Rosta, and stands as one of the community's most cherished moments. Its strength lies in its grassroots spirit: it is not a television talent show, but a village festival where local children, teenagers, and adults take the stage to showcase their skills before family, friends, and curious onlookers. Over the years, the format has successfully engaged an increasing number of participants and spectators, filling the square with over a thousand people.

Disciplines on stage

The stage in Rosta features a diverse range of performances:

• Singing — covers of famous hits and current chart-toppers;
• Dance — performances by local schools and groups, often from Rosta, Rivoli, and the surrounding areas;
• Acting and Comedy — sketches, parodies, and entertainment segments;
• Magic and other arts — sleight of hand and original performances.

The performers are rewarded by the warmth of the audience and the final vote that determines the podium, all in a friendly and festive atmosphere.
