Profumi d'Autunno is the Cellar Festival held in Bagnoregio, in the heart of the Viterbo Tuscia region (Lazio). Every October, the town's historic center transforms into a vast food and wine trail: the village's historic cellars open their doors to welcome visitors for a weekend dedicated to wine, autumn flavors, and conviviality. The event is organized by the Bagnoregio Pro Loco, with the support of over 150 volunteers.

A gourmet itinerary through the cellars

The heart of the festival is the open cellar itinerary: as you stroll through the alleys and squares of the historic center, you can discover ancient caves and rooms where local wine is served alongside traditional dishes. Over the years, the number of participating cellars has steadily grown, reflecting the community's enthusiastic involvement. The culinary offerings highlight the excellence of the Tuscia region: mushrooms, truffles, chestnuts, select meats, and local cheeses, in a menu that follows the rhythm of the autumn season.
