The Outdoor & Running Business Days (known as ORBDAYS) are the leading professional trade fair for the outdoor and running world in the heart of Trentino-Alto Adige. The event takes place at the Riva del Garda Fierecongressi exhibition center, in the town of Riva del Garda, in the Province of Trento, set in a unique natural landscape between the waters of Lake Garda and the mountains of the Alto Garda region. Originally created as an Italian showcase for companies, distributors, and specialist shops, the fair has grown over the years into an increasingly international hub, attracting buyers, distributors, and media from the United States, Japan, Germany, France, Mexico, Scandinavia, and Eastern Europe.

2026: The birth of European Outdoor Week

A major turning point arrives in 2026, when ORBDAYS joins the European Outdoor Week, a week promoted by the European Outdoor Group (EOG) in collaboration with MagNet, the company that organizes the fair. The goal is to bring the entire European outdoor community together in one place: alongside the traditional trade show, the event features the Outdoor Impact Summit dedicated to sustainability, the EOG assembly, the ceremony for the revamped European Outdoor Awards, networking opportunities, and a festival-style finale open to the public, featuring gear testing and outdoor activities.

Products, previews, and field tests

What sets ORBDAYS apart is the opportunity to test products directly in the field: the shores of the lake, the trails, and the cliffs of the Alto Garda region become an open-air laboratory for testing trail and climbing shoes, technical materials, and new collection releases. The program alternates between brand presentations, previews, technical workshops, and testing sessions dedicated to running, trail running, climbing, hiking, fast hiking, nordic walking, and via ferrata. Numerous international brands animate every edition with experiences dedicated to professionals and retailers.

An international and sustainable event

With hundreds of exhibitors and thousands of accredited professionals from dozens of countries, ORBDAYS has established itself as one of the most important appointments on the European industry calendar. Great attention is also paid to environmental sustainability: for several editions, the event has offset its emissions through certified carbon credits and promotes research and reflection on the responsible future of the outdoor industry.
