The festivities take place in Largo Gianni D'Errico, the urban space facing the Nuovo Teatro Verdi, which transforms into a massive open-air dancefloor on the night of December 31st. Music, DJ sets, vocalists, a dance troupe, and special effects guide the audience toward the most anticipated moment: the midnight countdown.

The event is part of the regional «Capodanni di Puglia» program, promoted by Pugliapromozione in collaboration with provincial capitals and co-financed by the Italy 21-27 Cohesion Funds for Puglia. The initiative connects major Apulian cities with a widespread calendar of concerts, theatrical performances, and square events between late December and early January to accompany citizens and tourists through the holidays.
