Three days of youth-focused music at the Monserrato Amphitheatre in Borgo San Dalmazzo
The Munse Music Festival is the youth music showcase of Borgo San Dalmazzo, a town in the province of Cuneo (Piedmont) located at the gateway to the Stura, Gesso, and Vermenagna valleys. The event takes place at the Monserrato Amphitheatre, an open-air space on the hill overlooking the town next to the sanctuary of the same nameโa natural setting that has become the go-to venue for the community's summer events over the years.
Born in 2023 as the concluding event of the "Una rete di idee" youth project, the festival has grown with each edition to become a highly anticipated date on the Cuneo summer calendar. After a one-year hiatus, the festival returns in 2026 with an expanded three-day format, reflecting a constant drive to elevate the quality of the program.
Munse is more than just a concert series: it is a cultural project that puts young people and their creativity at the heart of the experience. Alongside the music, there is space for discussion, round tables, freestyle contests, and activities tied to the local area, in collaboration with both local and national organizations. The festival's identity spans from urban culture and rap to electronic music, with DJ sets that energize the amphitheatre for hours.
The festival's philosophy is rooted in participation: street food, aperitifs in the sanctuary square, meeting spaces, and a convivial atmosphere that makes Munse the perfect excuse to gather outdoors on summer evenings. Management is entrusted to Revolution Culture, with the support of local volunteer associations.
Situated at the foot of the Maritime Alps, Borgo San Dalmazzo serves as one of the gateways to the Cuneo valleys and preserves a rich historical heritage linked to the ancient abbey of San Dalmazzo. The Monserrato hill, with its sanctuary and amphitheatre surrounded by greenery, offers a picturesque backdrop that blends the freshness of contemporary music with the tranquility of the foothills in the province of Cuneo.
The 2026 edition of the Munse Music Festival marks the return of the event to Borgo San Dalmazzo after a year's hiatus, with a formula spread over three days at the Monserrato Amphitheatre. The event, organized by Revolution Culture, weaves together music, moments of reflection, and activities linked to the local area.
Artist names and detailed schedules will be announced on the organization's social media channels in the weeks leading up to the event.
