The Mercato della Terra di Milano enlivens the square of the Fabbrica del Vapore every Saturday, at via Giulio Cesare Procaccini 4, in Milan (Comune di Milano, Lombardy). It is a Slow Food Terra Market: an international network of farmers' markets that focus on quality, seasonality, and direct relationships between growers and buyers. The Milanese market was founded in 2009 and is now a regular event for those seeking good, clean, and fair food.

About forty local producers

Around 40 producers participate in the market, largely from the Parco Agricolo Sud Milano, who take turns. Among the stalls, you'll find Slow Food Presidia and products from the Laboratori del Gusto: fruit and vegetables, milk and cheese, eggs, honey, rice, bread, cured meats, meat, preserves, flours, and baked goods, wine, beer, and oil.
