Every December, the Public Gardens of Corso Verdi in Gorizia transform into the beating heart of the city's Christmas thanks to the Christmas Market. About sixteen wooden stalls, decorated for the holidays, welcome visitors into a warm and familiar atmosphere, perfect for Christmas shopping and for a stroll in the city center on the coldest days of the year.

The distinctive feature of the market is the prevalence of local businesses: the stalls feature quality clothing, Christmas decorations, handicrafts, mosaics, and children's literature, alongside a selection of local gastronomic specialties—honey, cured meats, cheeses, and sweets.
