The Mandrakata Festival is a concert series that fills the squares and spaces of the historic center of Mazara del Vallo—a city in the province of Trapani overlooking the Strait of Sicily—with live music during the holiday season. Included in the municipal winter events program, the festival offers a packed calendar of twelve dates spanning the entire Christmas period, from mid-December to the first days of January.

Concerts for every taste

The hallmark of the Mandrakata Festival is variety: the program alternates between evening and morning musical sessions featuring artists from diverse genres, from rock to blues, and soul to singer-songwriter styles. The stage hosts local bands and projects such as The Roots Brothers, The London Calling, the Cashmere Project, and Sticky Fingers Junction, leading up to the refined closing concert by the Quartetto d'Archi Florio.
