The Levico Terme Blues Festival is one of the most anticipated summer musical events in Levico Terme, an elegant spa town in the Valsugana valley, in the province of Trento, Trentino-Alto Adige region. Every summer, the festival transforms Piazza della Chiesa and the streets of the historic center into an open-air stage dedicated to the blues, featuring free-admission concerts that attract enthusiasts from all over Trentino and beyond.

History

Founded in 2015, the festival has built a solid reputation within the Italian blues scene over the years, reaching its eighth edition in 2023. The festival has featured leading names from the national blues scene alongside emerging young bands, establishing itself as a meeting point for musicians and audiences alike. In recent years, the organization has been promoted by the Municipality of Levico Terme, with artistic direction managed by Slang Music.

The heart of the festival lies in the live evening concerts that enliven the town center during summer nights. Around the stages, the town lights up with market stalls, food stands, and a festive atmosphere that engages both residents and tourists.
