Gustosando a Dubino is a taste walk that winds through the courtyards and cellars of the village, at the gateway to Valtellina. Eight tasting stops, the "Invölt", welcome participants with the flavours of the region: flours from the old mill, cheeses, potatoes from local farms, and of course, excellent Valtellina wine. From sciatt to gnocchetti, from bresaola with Bitto to typical Dubino specialities like pustolok and figascin, each stop is a taste of tradition. A slow and convivial way to discover a village in the province of Sondrio through its cuisine.

Gustosando a Dubino is an enogastronomic route that winds through the courtyards and cellars of the village, in Dubino, a municipality in the lower Valtellina in the province of Sondrio, in the area known as the "Gateway to Valtellina". It is a slow walk, made up of stops and encounters, designed to rediscover the village through its most authentic flavours.

Eight stops, eight flavours

The heart of the event are the eight "Invölt", the tasting stops set up in the most characteristic corners of the village. Each stop pairs a local dish with a Valtellina wine: starting with a traditional appetizer and the IGT Bianco Monrose, continuing with Bitto and bresaola accompanied by Rosso di Valtellina DOC, sciatt with Inferno Riserva DOCG, gnocchetti di Chiavenna with Sassella Riserva DOCG. There are also typical Dubino specialities, such as pustolok and figascin, ribs cooked with lavèc, and to finish, local liqueurs.
