Among the offerings in recent editions: sciatt and taroz, gnocchetti alla valtellinese, cured meats and mountain cheeses with rye bread, a buckwheat and blueberry cake. In the glass, IGT Retic Alps whites, local reds, and prestigious Valtellina Superiore DOCG such as Grumello and La Gatta alternate, up to a brut for dessert.
Not just tastings
Laboratories and activities revolve around the food and wine route: e-bike tours to discover the farmhouses and the territory, bread-making workshops, entertainment for children. A dedicated pass is available for those travelling with their dog, with pet-friendly stops and gadgets. A free shuttle service connects Morbegno to Traona, making access easier for those arriving from outside.

- Appetizer in the cellar, paired with an IGT Retic Alps white
