Gustando l'Italia is a series of themed culinary evenings promoted by the Pro Loco of Cimone, a small municipality in the autonomous province of Trento overlooking the Adige Valley, in Trentino-Alto Adige. Born as a moment of conviviality and local promotion, the initiative accompanies the cold season with a series of gastronomic events held from November to April at the Pro Loco headquarters, located within the Public Park of the Covelo hamlet.

A different menu for every event

The common thread of the series is simple: each evening is dedicated to a different ingredient, product, or culinary tradition, presented as a complete menu served at the table. The dinners alternate between Italian cuisine dishes revisited with creativity and seasonal proposals, always designed to enhance authentic flavors.
