Over 60 stalls of Trentino excellence

The heart of the event is the market exhibition featuring over 60 stalls from local farms and artisans: mountain cheeses, cured meats, honey, jams, flours and grains, craft beers, spirits, baked goods, and traditional handicrafts. A journey through local, zero-mile excellence that allows you to meet the people who farm, raise livestock, and produce in the Trentino Alps.

The Slow Food Earth Market

An integral part of the festival is the Slow Food Earth Market, which brings small-scale producers—guardians of biodiversity and local heritage—to Folgaria. The philosophy of good, clean, and fair food guides conferences, meetings, and storytelling sessions where farmers share their experiences and the value of mountain production.

Tastings, workshops, and experiences

The program is packed with activities for all ages:
