The festival is promoted by the Municipality of La Spezia with the Arte e Fotografia Studio 18 Association and includes the 5th Premio Nazionale di Narrativa Giallo & Noir nel Golfo dei Poeti (5th National Award for Mystery & Noir Narrative in the Poets' Gulf), whose award ceremony is scheduled for November 8, 2026, at 5 PM at the Mediateca Sergio Fregoso.
