But the table at Fasolari in Festa is a true encyclopedia of sea flavours: oysters, peverazze (small clams), mussels, sarde in saor, fisherman's antipasto, scampi, and the inevitable mixed fried fish, freshly caught. The food stalls, set up along the streets of the historic centre, open every evening offering exceptionally fresh products, the result of the work of Marano fishermen.

In some years, the festival intertwines with the Triennale della Madonna della Salute, the solemn celebration that every three years, in August, enlivens the village with processions in the lagoon.
