Artisanal Italian wines and cheeses in the heart of Parco Nevicati
di...Vin Formaggio is the food and wine exhibition held in the "F. Nevicati" Park in Collecchio, a municipality in the province of Parma in Emilia-Romagna. The event focuses on two symbols of Italian gastronomic culture, wine and artisanal cheese, presented as historical, identity, and production expressions of our country's territories.
The heart of the event is the tasting counter: over forty producers, including wineries, dairies, and other gastronomic realities, meet for two days, bringing their labels and their cheeses. Productions come from numerous Italian regions, from Emilia-Romagna to Piedmont, from Veneto to Tuscany, up to Abruzzo, Campania, and Sardinia, with some international presence. The public can thus dialogue directly with the producers, learn about the processing methods, and understand the deep connection between product and place of origin.
Alongside the producers' market, the program offers guided tastings of wines and cheeses, in-depth sessions, and activities designed for families and children. The exhibition is enriched by the presence of experts and tasters, including the ONAF delegations of Parma and Reggio Emilia, who guide visitors in discovering the organoleptic characteristics of the cheeses.
The 2026 edition introduced "Aspettando di...Vin Formaggio" (Looking forward to di...Vin Formaggio), a series of three cultural meetings hosted at Villa Soragna in the weeks preceding the event, dedicated to literature, art, and photography. A way to broaden the perspective beyond the plate and the glass, intertwining food and wine with local culture.
Promoted by the Municipality of Collecchio together with the Pro Loco Collecchio and curated by Terrae Opificio Culturale Enogastronomico, the event has free admission and confirms itself as a reference appointment for food and wine enthusiasts of the Parma Valleys and all of Emilia-Romagna.
The third edition of di...Vin Formaggio was held from May 8 to 10, 2026, in the "F. Nevicati" Park in Collecchio. Friday served as the opening with introductory meetings, while the weekend, Saturday the 9th and Sunday the 10th, hosted the actual fair.
Over 40 producers participated, including wine, cheese, and other gastronomic products, from twelve Italian regions, from Emilia-Romagna to Piedmont, Veneto, Tuscany, Abruzzo, Campania, and Sardinia, with some presence from France. The program offered guided tastings, workshops for children, musical moments, and the cultural meetings "Aspettando di...Vin Formaggio" at Villa Soragna.
