Wine, local flavors, and music at the Vicarello Festival Area in Collesalvetti
Colle…diVino was established in 2026 as a new event dedicated to quality wine and gastronomy in Vicarello, a district of the municipality of Collesalvetti, in the province of Livorno. The event takes place at the Vicarello Festival Area, transforming the village for an evening into a small capital of taste for the Livorno area, with a program that blends tastings, wine culture, music, and entertainment.
The heart of the festival lies in the over forty exhibitors present, including wineries, winemakers, and beekeepers: a showcase that highlights local production while welcoming producers from all over Italy. With the provided personalized wine glass, visitors can sample wines from all participating wineries, moving from one stand to another to discover labels, grape varieties, and the stories of those who work the land.
For those wishing to delve deeper, the amphitheater hosts an exclusive wine masterclass, led in collaboration with sommelier Cinzia Poli (Wine Events) and AIS Toscana Livorno. The guided tasting is available by reservation and subject to availability—a moment designed for both enthusiasts and those looking to take their first steps into the world of Tuscan oenology.
The afternoon and evening are accompanied by the notes of the Standard Jazz Duo (Francesco Carone on piano and Teresa Rotondo on vocals) and the captivating sounds of the Hanguitar Project (handpan and acoustic guitar). There is also space for families, with a dedicated area for children, wooden games, and the "Magia Incantarte" show. Completing the day is a vintage car and motorcycle exhibition curated by local clubs (Briga Car, Don Chisciotte, and Topolino Club Livorno) and a contribution from the Accademia Musicale Collesalvetti.
Alongside the wine, there is no shortage of food, with refreshment points and bars offering local specialties: a great chance to dine outdoors in a convivial atmosphere. Colle…diVino is organized by the Pro Loco associations of Vicarello, Nugola, and Collesalvetti, an expression of a community that pools its energy and traditions to showcase the best of Tuscan food and wine.
The inaugural edition of Colle…diVino brought over forty wine and food exhibitors to the Vicarello Festival Area for an evening dedicated to local excellence and producers from across Italy.
The event was organized by the Pro Loco associations of Vicarello, Nugola, and Collesalvetti, with the collaboration of sommelier Cinzia Poli (Wine Events) and AIS Toscana Livorno for the educational component.
