The route, about 5 km long, winds through the village streets and the countryside of the Reggio Apennines, offering participants the pleasure of experiencing the sunrise in motion. The format is a non-competitive run or walk: everyone proceeds at their own pace, with family or friends, with the sole aim of starting the day well by doing sports and being together. At the end, refreshments and breakfast offered by the organizers await the participants, a convivial moment that concludes the morning.
