The new live music festival in Carapelle, in the heart of the Tavoliere delle Puglie
The Carapelle Music Festival was founded in 2026 as the new live music event for the town of Carapelle, a small community in the Province of Foggia, nestled in the Tavoliere delle Puglie. The inaugural edition takes place on July 26, 2026, in Piazza Giovanni Paolo II, which will be transformed into an open-air stage for the entire community.
The festival was created with a clear goal: to provide visibility to local musical groups and offer the people of Carapelle a chance to gather and socialize through music. Eight local bands—Burd Hell, Cordamara, Desaparecidos, Narcos, Paper Wells, Oceano, Time Wasters, and Zink Ones—will take the stage for an evening that spans various genres and styles, from rock to contemporary sounds.
Beyond the music, the event features a food court with gastronomic stands and a space designed for children, complete with bouncy castles, cotton candy, and a 'K-Pop Demon Hunters' style animation show. The evening will be hosted by Tony Vincenti, Tiziana Mancini, and Mirella Falcone. The event will be streamed live by PlayNews24, the initiative's media partner.
The Carapelle Music Festival is promoted by the 'Carapelle Bellissima' Political and Cultural Circle, an association committed to enhancing the town's cultural life. Admission is completely free, in line with the festival's popular and participatory spirit, which aims to become a staple of the Carapelle summer calendar.
Located just a few kilometers from Foggia, Carapelle is an agricultural town in the Tavoliere delle Puglie, the vast cereal-growing plain of the Daunia region. Events like this festival strengthen the sense of community and enrich the summer calendar of northern Puglia, offering residents and visitors an evening of free, open-air music.
