Organized by the Ente Valorizzazione Suvereto, the festival blends entertainment, social life, and fine dining within the stone alleys and squares of the village, located in the heart of the Val di Cornia, in the province of Livorno.
For three consecutive nights, the historic center comes alive with comedy shows, live music, DJ sets, and traditional culinary offerings: a program designed for all ages, perfect for strolling through scenic medieval squares or dining al fresco with friends and family.
A village to discover
Suvereto is one of the Most Beautiful Villages in Italy and boasts the Orange Flag from the Touring Club. Its medieval origins are still visible in the walls, the Rocca Aldobrandesca, and the network of cobbled streets leading to the upper part of the town. During Borgo in Festa, this setting becomes the ideal backdrop for an informal evening where history meets contemporary celebration.

How to get there
By car: Suvereto can be reached via the SS1 Aurelia (Venturina-Suvereto exit), just a few kilometers from the Val di Cornia coast. By train: the nearest station is Campiglia Marittima, on the Rome-Genoa line, from where you can continue by bus or taxi. By plane: the reference airports are Pisa and Florence.
Admission
The event takes place in the streets and squares of the historic center with free access. Food stalls are paid according to the price lists of individual vendors.
Tips
Wear comfortable shoes for walking on the village's cobbled streets. During the festival, parking in the center is limited: it is advisable to leave your car in the parking areas at the bottom of the hill and walk up.
