The small village of Montescudaio, located in the province of Pisa and overlooking the hills that slope down toward the sea, opens its streets and squares to celebrate the Denominazione di Origine Controllata (DOC) wine that bears the town's name, recognized since 1976 as one of Tuscany's first DOCs.

How to get there
Montescudaio is located in the province of Pisa, in the hinterland of the Val di Cecina. By car, it can be reached from the SS1 Aurelia (Cecina exit), continuing inland for a few kilometers. The nearest train station is in Cecina, on the Tirrenica line, from where you can continue by bus or car.
