The 26th edition of the Festival of Asparagus of the Woods and Local Products was held in Pietrafitta, a hamlet of Piegaro, from April 24 to May 3, 2026. For ten days, wild asparagus from the woods was the star of the food stands, served in numerous variations, from the most traditional recipes to revisited ones.
The festival, organized by the Pro Loco Pietrafitta, offered dishes based on asparagus and local products, moments of conviviality, and musical entertainment, confirming itself as one of the most popular spring festivals in the Umbrian region.
