Wine, art and culture in the medieval village of Corciano
Corciano Castello di Vino is the enotourism event that annually transforms the medieval village of Corciano, in the province of Perugia, into a charming journey of taste. For three days, the alleys and squares of the castle welcome wineries, tasting stands, and visitors in an atmosphere that intertwines wine, culture, and conviviality.
The event brings together selected wineries from Umbria and other Italian regions, which set up dedicated spaces along the ancient streets of the town. Alongside the wines, visitors can enjoy Umbrian gastronomic specialties and the excellences of the Trasimeno area, in a journey that highlights the flavors and history of the place.
The program is enriched by music, shows, conferences, guided tastings, and competitions, with moments dedicated to deepening the knowledge of oenological culture. Experiences such as exclusive tastings and "Wine Plus" tours complete the offering for enthusiasts.
Organized by the Corciano Castello di Vino Association, the event also has a charitable purpose: part of the proceeds supports the recovery and restoration of the village's historical artworks and structures, thus combining the promotion of the territory with the protection of its heritage.
