About Artico Festival

Artico Festival is a contemporary music and culture event that transforms the Zizzola Park in Bra—located in the heart of the Roero region in the province of Cuneo—into an open-air stage every June. Three days of concerts, DJ sets, live arts, and local cuisine, featuring a line-up that blends well-known names from the Italian indie and singer-songwriter scene with emerging talent. Committed to environmental sustainability, it has become a benchmark for young audiences in Piedmont.

Artico Festival: music and culture beneath the Zizzola of Bra

Founded in 2017 by a group of local youths, Artico Festival has grown into one of the most anticipated musical events in the province of Cuneo. Every June, the festival brings the Zizzola Park in Bra to life—the historic hill that overlooks the city with its 19th-century villa—turning it into an open-air arena overlooking the hills of the Roero in Piedmont.

Three days of concerts, DJ sets, and live arts

The festival offers a multidisciplinary formula that alternates major evening concerts, DJ sets, a Garden Stage dedicated to acoustic performances, and social gatherings. The programming prioritizes the Italian indie, singer-songwriter, and electronic scenes, pairing established artists with emerging projects. Over the years, the Bra stage has hosted prominent names from the national music scene, all within an intimate and welcoming atmosphere far from the massive crowds of urban festivals.

A tenth-anniversary edition

In 2026, Artico Festival celebrates its first ten years with a special edition, organized by the Switch on Future ETS Cultural Association in collaboration with the Municipality of Bra. The chosen theme, "L'incoscienza, l'allegria" (Recklessness and Joy), captures the spirit of an event built with passion by a community of volunteers.

Focus on the environment and the region

  • Sustainability: compostable tableware, plastic reduction, and environmental protection initiatives
  • Gastronomy: stalls featuring typical products and local specialties, with vegetarian and vegan options
  • Services: dedicated shuttles, chill-out areas, and accessibility for people with disabilities
  • Community: free admission for children up to 12 years old accompanied by an adult

More than just a concert lineup, Artico is a cultural project that promotes Bra and the Roero, weaving together music, sustainability, and social connection in one of the city's most iconic landmarks.
