The star is the agnolotto, one of the most iconic dishes of the Oltrepò tradition, around which a competition involving the best restaurants in the area revolves.

Twelve Restaurants, Thirty Wineries

Twelve restaurants from the Oltrepò Pavese participate in the challenge, each with its own interpretation of the agnolotto, judged by a jury of experts and the attending public. Accompanying the dishes is a selection of about thirty wineries from the region, for a tasting journey that celebrates the entire Oltrepò enogastronomic supply chain.

The Setting of Palazzo Bellisomi

The event takes place in the evocative rooms of Palazzo Bellisomi, an 18th-century residence in perfect Lombard style, surrounded by large gardens with a swimming pool and ancient trees. An exceptional location that serves as an elegant backdrop for the agnolotto competition, combining the pleasure of dining with the beauty of local historical heritage.

Taste and Solidarity

The Agnolotto Palio is not just a celebration of taste: the event has a charitable purpose, supporting the Oltrepò-based non-profit organization Chicco per Emdibir, which collaborates with the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Piacenza on rural development projects in developing countries. An event that intertwines enogastronomic excellence, territory valorisation, and solidarity.
