The only electronic music festival in the Capitanata region
This edition has not been confirmed by the organiser to date. We recommend checking before going.
Wild Fest is the only festival entirely dedicated to electronic music in the Capitanata, the territory within the province of Foggia. Born in 2016 in Orsara di Puglia, a village in the Subappennino Dauno, it has grown year after year to become a highly anticipated date in the Apulian summer, bringing techno, house, and electronic beats to a unique natural setting.
For its first editions, the festival chose the Torre Guevara as its backdrop, built in 1680 in a valley connecting Orsara to Foggia, Troia, and Bovino: a historical and artistic crossroads transformed, thanks to video mapping, into a living canvas of light and color. In 2025, for its seventh edition, Wild Fest moved to Parco San Mauro, which became the new green-immersed "Concert Arena" for an experience that unites music and nature.
Over the years, Wild Fest has hosted prominent names from the international electronic scene, including John Acquaviva, Daniel Miller, Shaun Reeves, Hiroko Yamamura (the festival's first female DJ), Cristina Lazic, and Nima Gorji, supported by resident DJs and local talent. With the 2025 edition, titled "Back the origins," the festival chose to return to its roots, exclusively showcasing artists from the province of Foggia.
Wild Fest is more than just a night of DJ sets: it is an immersive journey featuring video mapping, professional audio-lighting equipment, and light installations that interact with the architecture and the landscape. Accompanying the music is always a food area dedicated to local products, allowing visitors to discover the flavors of the Subappennino Dauno. Admission is traditionally free.
The festival is organized by the Orsa Maggiore Cultural and Tourist Association, which has been promoting social, cultural, and musical events in Orsara di Puglia for years. Located among the Monti Dauni in the province of Foggia, Orsara di Puglia is a village known for its traditions: Wild Fest enhances its landscape heritage by offering the Capitanata its only major electronic music event.
The 2026 edition of Wild Fest in Orsara di Puglia does not yet have an official date. In recent seasons, the festival has taken place in the height of summer, between July and August, in iconic locations of the village such as the Torre Guevara and Parco San Mauro. The program with DJs and schedules will be communicated by the organizers on official channels, usually in the weeks leading up to the event. As per tradition, DJ sets, video mapping, and a food area dedicated to the typical products of the Capitanata are expected.
Orsara di Puglia is located in the Monti Dauni, in the province of Foggia. By car, it can be reached via the A16 motorway (Candela exit) or the A14 (Foggia exit), continuing along the provincial roads of the Subappennino Dauno. The reference railway station is Foggia, from which you can continue by car or bus connections.
Admission to past editions has been free. During the evening, a food area with local specialties is available. Comfortable clothing is recommended for an open-air location immersed in nature.
