The stars of the evening are the wines from Cantina Andriano (Kellerei Andrian), founded in 1893 and recognized as the oldest cooperative winery in South Tyrol. Since 2008, the winery has worked in close partnership with the nearby Cantina di Terlano, showcasing the region's signature grape varieties: whites such as Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, and Gewürztraminer, and reds including Lagrein, Pinot Noir, and Schiava. These wines are paired with regional culinary specialties, creating a tasting journey that celebrates local flavors.
