Every Monday after Easter (Pasquetta), the Regional Historic Agricultural Park of the Olive Tree of Venafro, in the province of Isernia, opens its historic olive groves to the public for an outdoor celebration. It is the Venafrana Easter Monday, an occasion to spend the day immersed in nature, amidst traditional agricultural landscapes and moments of conviviality.
Nature, conviviality, and environmental respect
The event, organized by the Park Authority chaired by Fabio Iannucci, provides spaces and services (such as chemical toilets for the entire day) and launches a clear environmental message every year: to experience Easter Monday as a moment of celebration but also of respect, leaving the spaces clean and taking care of a heritage that belongs to everyone.

The Olive Park of Venafro preserves historic olive groves of great landscape and cultural value, linked to the production of local DOP oil. The Venafrana Easter Monday traditionally attracts hundreds of visitors, especially young people, and represents a way to rediscover and enhance this corner of Molise.

The 2026 edition of Venafrana Easter Monday was held on April 7th at the Regional Historic Agricultural Park of the Olive Tree of Venafro.
