The Vata Festival is a new wellness-focused event held at the PalaExpo - Ex Foro Boario in Moncalieri, near Turin, in the Piedmont region. For one full day, the former livestock market venue becomes a space for meeting, discovery, and harmony, dedicated to integrated wellness, personal development, and the promotion of holistic disciplines.

The festival aims to offer the public an immersive experience that integrates healing practices, mindfulness paths, and cultural insights. The event is designed for both seasoned enthusiasts and those approaching these holistic, person-centered disciplines for the first time.

Throughout the day, visitors can explore a vast exhibition area with stands dedicated to numerous practices and activities:

There is also a dedicated food area with two culinary options designed to satisfy every palate and dietary style: a food truck specializing in high-quality meats and a vegetarian kitchen inspired by the principles of Ayurvedic nutrition.

The Vata Festival takes place during a weekend full of events in Moncalieri, coinciding with the "Moncalieri in vino" food and wine festival in the historic center. It is a perfect opportunity to discover this elegant city at the gates of Turin, known as the "City of the Proclamation," combining culture, taste, and wellness in a single day. The evening concludes with a musical tribute to Franco Battiato.
