Vai col Ballo – Monday Nights Under the Stars is one of the most beloved summer traditions in Alba Adriatica, a seaside town in the province of Teramo, in the heart of the Abruzzo coast. Every Monday evening throughout July and August, the lush Parco Bambinopoli, overlooking the Lungomare Marconi, comes alive with live music, becoming a spacious open-air dance floor where people gather to dance late into the night.
An event for all ages
The festival features group dances, ballroom (liscio), Latin-American styles, and freestyle dancing in a friendly, informal atmosphere that welcomes residents, tourists, and dance enthusiasts of all ages. Evenings begin at 9:00 PM and admission is always free, allowing everyone to join the fun, whether you are an experienced dancer or just want to enjoy good music under the stars.
Live music and show orchestras
Every Monday, a different artist or orchestra takes the stage, ranging from ballroom dance groups to singers and bands specializing in beach music. The evenings are organized by the Municipality of Alba Adriatica in collaboration with the A.S.D. Music&Dance Academy and the Arte Viva Association, representing a genuine way to experience the Abruzzo summer, blending social connection, local tradition, and joy.

The 2026 evenings
The 2026 schedule includes four events at Parco Bambinopoli, every Monday starting at 9:00 PM with free admission:
- Monday, July 13 – Elio Gobbi Group;
- Monday, July 20 – Luca Bachetti;
- Monday, July 27 – I Ragazzi della Balloterapia;
- Monday, August 3 – Laura Piunti.
The initiative is organized by the Municipality of Alba Adriatica in collaboration with the A.S.D. Music&Dance Academy and the Arte Viva Association. Additional dance nights may be added throughout the summer, in keeping with the festival's tradition.
