The official summer events calendar of the Municipality of Termoli, with over 100 events on the Molise Adriatic coast.
Termoli Summer is the major series of events that the Municipality of Termoli (province of Campobasso) organizes every year to liven up the warm season in Molise's main seaside resort. Now in its 68th edition in 2026, it is one of the longest-running and richest summer calendars on the central-southern Adriatic coast.
The calendar includes over one hundred events distributed between spring and autumn, covering all genres: concerts by major Italian music artists at the Arena del Mare, film and music festivals, food fairs, theatre performances, and open-air cinema, exhibitions, sports events, entertainment for children and families, and street artists. The traditional celebrations of San Basso, the patron saint of fishermen, and the Fish Festival are among the most cherished moments by the community.
The heart of the musical events is the Arena del Mare, overlooking the Adriatic Sea, where the headliners of the calendar perform. Cultural and popular events, on the other hand, take place in Piazza Vittorio Veneto, in the charming Old Town perched on the promontory, at the Teatro Verde, and along the north and south seafronts (Rio Vivo).
Termoli Summer is much more than just a series of events: it's how Termoli tells its story to the tourists who flock to its beaches and to the people of Molise who choose the coast for their holidays. Combining faith, maritime tradition, music, and gastronomy, the calendar reflects the identity of a city that lives by the sea and by hospitality.
The 2026 edition, the 68th, was presented by the Municipality of Termoli with a program of over 100 events spread from May 24 to October 1 and a municipal investment of €150,000. The calendar combines major concerts at the Arena del Mare with traditional events, sports, and family entertainment.
Open-air cinema and numerous children's activities complete the program. Updated calendar at estatetermolese.com.
Termoli is reachable by train (station on the Bologna-Lecce Adriatic line) and by car from the A14 motorway (Termoli-San Severo exit). Ferries to the Tremiti Islands also depart from Termoli.
During the summer, city information points are open with extended hours for the program and ticketing. The complete program is updated on estatetermolese.com.
