The 2026 edition of Sapori tra le Mura took place on Monday, June 1, 2026, starting at 8:00 PM, in the Sala dei Lombi of Giglio Castello. The evening inaugurated the Associazione Il Castello's summer with the motto "Food, Wine, Tradition, and Music".
Numerous tourists and residents enjoyed the bracconiera, the bean soup that is the island's symbol, along with typical Giglio products: wine, olive oil, panficato, honey, gin, and local myrtle.
