The Primiero market of knowledge and flavors

Saperi e Sapori is the market for small-scale farmers and artisans from the Primiero, Vanoi, and Mis community. During the summer season, it transforms Parco Clarofonte in Fiera di Primiero, in the village of Transacqua, into a vibrant showcase of local production. The initiative takes place in the Municipality of Primiero San Martino di Castrozza, in the province of Trento, in the heart of Trentino-Alto Adige, at the foot of the Pale di San Martino.

Locally sourced products and mountain crafts

The market brings together producers and artisans from the Primiero Slow Food Convivium, along with guests from Umbria. At the stalls, you can discover products grown, harvested, and crafted with care in this alpine territory.

A weekly summer appointment

During the summer, the market is held on dedicated days, generally in the morning, and is designed as a moment for direct connection between producers and consumers: an opportunity to learn the stories of the small agricultural and artisanal businesses of the valleys and to take home an authentic piece of Primiero.

Where it takes place

Parco Clarofonte is located in Fiera di Primiero, in the Transacqua area, and is easily accessible on foot from the town center. Admission is free, and the event is suitable for families, who can combine their market shopping with a stroll through the park's greenery. The event is organized by the ApT San Martino di Castrozza, Passo Rolle, Primiero e Vanoi tourist board.
