The Christmas village in the Villa Comunale, the heart of the Christmas program in Arzano

In the heart of the Naples hinterland, Arzano celebrates the festive season with a wide-ranging program of events that accompanies the city throughout the month of December. The hub of the festivities is the Santa Claus Village, set up in the Villa Comunale, which attracts families, children, and young people every year with days of entertainment, music, and Christmas magic. The initiative is promoted by the Municipality of Arzano in collaboration with the Metropolitan City of Naples and funded by the Campania Region's POC program.
The Village revolves around Santa's House, where little ones can drop off their letters and have their photo taken with Santa Claus. Visitors are accompanied by elves, mascots, inflatables, sweet treats, baby dance sessions, and Christmas-themed face painting. On opening days, the park fills with festive music and activities tailored for children, including balloon modeling, face painting, and traveling street performances.
The festive atmosphere is not confined to the park: with the "Christmas in the Streets" initiative, the main city thoroughfares are brought to life by dancing elves, Santas, mascots, music, gadgets, and photo booths. It is a way to bring the magic of Christmas to every neighborhood and involve the entire Arzano community in a shared festive spirit.
Alongside children's entertainment, the program features high-quality musical events hosted in the city's churches: Christmas-themed concerts, sacred music moments such as the "Lullabies for Baby Jesus," and gospel concerts that fill Arzano's parishes with song. There are also shows that blend music, magic, and Christmas storytelling, designed for audiences of all ages.
The Santa Claus Village in Arzano is, first and foremost, a celebration for families: free and open to all, it focuses on children and the desire to share the most magical time of the year in the city's public spaces. It has become a highly anticipated appointment that strengthens the sense of community and highlights the Villa Comunale as a meeting place in the heart of Arzano, in the province of Naples, Campania.
The return of the Santa Claus Village to the Villa Comunale is expected for Christmas 2026, featuring entertainment for children and families along with the widespread events that characterize the holidays in the city. Official dates and the full program will be announced by the Municipality of Arzano in the weeks leading up to the event.
The Santa Claus Village is set up in the Villa Comunale of Arzano (NA), in Campania. The traveling initiatives and concerts take place along the city streets and in the local parishes (Sant'Agrippino Parish, Spirito Santo Parish).
Arzano is located in the immediate hinterland north of Naples. By car, it can be reached via the Asse Mediano and the Naples Ring Road (Tangenziale); by public transport, it is connected to the city via metropolitan bus lines. The reference railway station is Naples, just a few kilometers away.
