The grand open-air city festival on Via Principe di Piemonte
This edition has not been confirmed by the organiser to date. We recommend checking before going.
The Casoria White Night is now a well-established format through which the Municipality of Casoria, in the province of Naples, brings its streets to life on several occasions throughout the year. The natural stage for the event is Via Principe di Piemonte, the commercial artery of the town center, which is closed to traffic for the evening and filled with music, lights, and strolling families. In its Christmas iteration, held between December and the Epiphany holidays, the White Night becomes the highlight of the city's winter calendar.
The heart of the festival is the street itself: along the route, you will find entertainers, street artists, and performers, while musical stages and DJ sets keep the public company until late at night. There are also areas designed for the little ones, with inflatables and attractions, and shop windows that stay open for the occasion, turning the evening into a combination of entertainment, shopping, and conviviality. Christmas decorations and festive lights complete the atmosphere, making the event a true community celebration.
The White Night is organized and promoted by the Municipal Administration, which uses it as a tool to boost local commerce and civic cohesion. Casoria, a populous municipality in the metropolitan area north of Naples, finds in these evenings an opportunity to experience public space in a different way, with the active participation of merchants, associations, and residents. The Christmas edition is part of a wider program of holiday events that includes tree lighting ceremonies, markets, and appointments dedicated to the Befana.
For the inhabitants of Casoria and the neighboring municipalities of the province of Naples, the White Night represents an identity-defining event, capable of bringing the entire city together for a few hours of celebration along Via Principe di Piemonte.
The Casoria White Night returns, following the tradition of recent years, during the Christmas period along Via Principe di Piemonte. The 2026 edition has not yet been officially announced by the Municipality of Casoria: the date, times, and detailed program will be communicated by the Municipal Administration as the holidays approach. The planned format remains the established one, with pedestrianized streets, live shows, street performers, and attractions for children.
