SanSet recalls the sunset and long evening matches under the square's sky, while SanSecon is an ironic tribute to major national gaming conventions, brought here in a cozy, village-style format. It is a dual identity that perfectly captures the event's spirit: serious about the passion for gaming, yet lighthearted and friendly in its atmosphere.

Who organizes it

Behind the event is the Dice & Swords association, a group of Pinerolo-based enthusiasts who have been active for years in promoting board game culture, tabletop games, and role-playing games in the region. The organization is carried out in collaboration with the Pro Loco of San Secondo di Pinerolo, which has always been the driving force behind the town's events, from the historic San Giuseppe Fair to community cultural initiatives.

Over the two days, the tables in Piazza Europa host a vast game library available to the public: from great classics to modern trending titles, as well as role-playing games and more strategic options. Dice & Swords volunteers assist participants by explaining rules, forming groups, and suggesting games, so that even those who have never played before can easily get involved.
