Who organizes the festival
Coordination is handled by the Fondazione Amleto Bertoni in partnership with the Municipality of Saluzzo, with the collaboration of the Natural Shopping Center and numerous local associations. The stated goal is to debunk the old cliché that "there is never anything to do in Saluzzo": the result is a packed calendar that blends high culture with popular festivities, appealing to families, young people, and tourists alike.

Saluzzo Summer is not a single event, but a mosaic of appointments spanning different genres and styles:
- White nights and street parties such as Effetto Notte, the first White Night of the Granda area, with shops open, circus acts, music, and shows;
- Musical aperitifs from the Freequence festival, with live music and DJ sets in local venues on Friday evenings;
- Open-air cinema on summer nights;
- Special guests from the national scene, including music, social theater, and public speaking;
- Sports events of note, such as the passage of the Giro d'Italia Women and the Terres Monviso weekend with the 100 Miglia del Monviso;
- Food and wine festivals like C'è Fermento, dedicated to the tastes and flavors of the region.

Saluzzo Summer — edition 2026
The 21st edition of Saluzzo Summer confirms the widespread festival format, with over fifty offerings including music, entertainment, cinema, sports, and street events distributed from late May to early September 2026. The program alternates between major popular events and nationally renowned guests, maintaining free admission for most events.
Among the most anticipated moments are the white nights in the historic center, the Friday evening musical aperitifs, and a week in July packed with big names from the Italian scene. The detailed and updated program is published on the Fondazione Amleto Bertoni website.
Programme Saluzzo Summer 2026
May 30 — Effetto Notte
The first White Night of the Granda area opens the festival. From 7 PM, the center is closed to traffic and four historic squares light up with shows: aerial acrobatics by Artemakia, the Bingo Show by Gianluca Repetto, live concerts, and DJ sets across Piazza Risorgimento, Vineis, Cavour, and Garibaldi. Free admission.
June 5 — Notte Rosa
An evening dedicated to the arrival of the Giro d'Italia Women, featuring the Team Green Bike Show (BMX and bike trial acrobatics) and Le Pazze Bici, interactive bicycles for families. Live music and DJ sets with Freequence. Free admission.
June 6-7 — Giro d'Italia Women
For the first time, Saluzzo hosts the arrival and departure of a stage of the women's pink race.
June-July — Freequence
Musical aperitifs with live music and DJ sets in local venues, scheduled for June 5, 12, 26, and July 3.
June — C'è Fermento
The festival dedicated to the tastes and flavors of the region returns in June.
July — Special guests and open-air cinema
The peak month with cinema under the stars and a series of evenings featuring national protagonists:

- July 22 — I Patagarri
- July 23 — Federico Buffa
- July 28 — Francesco Costa
- July 29 — Roberta Bruzzone
Also in July, the Terres Monviso sports weekend returns with the 100 Miglia del Monviso. The festival then continues with events from the Occit'amo Festival, Attraverso, and Borgate dal Vivo until early September.
