A tattoo convention in the heart of Rovereto

The Rovereto Tattooart Convention is the event that, every May, brings the best of tattoo culture to Rovereto, in the province of Trento and in the heart of Trentino-Alto Adige. Organized by the Trentino Tattoo association with the support of the APT Rovereto, Vallagarina and Monte Baldo, the convention has established itself in just a few editions as a landmark event for tattoo art enthusiasts in Northern Italy.

The venue: Manifattura Tabacchi

The event is framed by the Manifattura Tabacchi, at Piazza della Manifattura 1, one of the most evocative industrial archaeology complexes in the 'City of the Oak'. The large reclaimed spaces, now a hub dedicated to innovation and creativity, offer an ideal setting to host tattoo booths, music stages, and exhibition areas, in an atmosphere that blends industrial memory with contemporary languages.

Over 40 artists live

The heart of the event is the more than 40 Italian and international tattoo artists working live over the three days. Each guest brings their own style and signature: from realistic to traditional, blackwork to Japanese, lettering to new school. Visitors can watch the artists at work, talk to them, book an appointment, and attend the working sessions in a direct dialogue between the tattooer and the observer.

Not just tattoos: music, shows, and families

The Tattooart Convention is designed as a festival open to everyone. Alongside the tattoo booths, the program offers live music and DJ sets, engaging performances, artist competitions, and entertainment moments that bring the days to life. There is also a dedicated children's area, making the event suitable for families, along with stands for themed clothing and accessories and a selection of food & drinks with gastronomic offerings and beer.
